“The world is round.” A simple phrase that reminds us how life moves—returning, changing, and connecting us in ways we don’t always notice. Now on its second year, Lingin ang Kalibutan returns as our year-end community show, bringing together emerging and established artists from different parts of the Philippines at Inatò Gallery to share stories shaped by their everyday lives and personal journeys.
Each artwork comes from the act of lingin—taking time to really look. The pieces reflect the twists, pauses, and returns we all experience throughout the year: moments of growth, uncertainty, joy, and struggle. Some works feel familiar, others quietly surprising, but all of them speak to how we move through life and come back with new ways of seeing.
As the year closes, this second edition becomes a gentle pause rather than a conclusion. It invites us to look back, sit with where we are now, and remember that every ending carries the start of something new. Lingin ang Kalibutan is a shared moment—to reflect, reconnect, and end the year together as a community.
